How fast can I get rush custom patches?
For most orders, we dispatch 2 business days after you approve your mockup. UPS usually takes about 4 business days to major US cities, so rush orders are typically in hand in about 6 business days. Remote or rural areas can take longer. Use the delivery calculator on this page to see your dates. We confirm your dispatch date in writing before you order.
What exactly do you guarantee on a rush order?
We guarantee the dispatch date. Your patches leave our floor on the date we confirm in writing. Delivery after that is handled by UPS.
How many patches can you make on a rush order?
Up to 1,000 patches a day on our standard schedule. How much of that is open depends on what’s already in production, so we’ll give you an honest number before you commit. With overtime we can often stretch it, as we did for 1,700 pieces in one weekend.
Can a rush order include multiple designs?
Yes. Our Miami rush order was 17 different designs at 100 pieces each, all approved and produced together.
What's the minimum for a rush order?
5 pieces, the same as our standard orders. Rush works for small runs and large ones.
Are there setup fees on rush orders?
No. Setup and digitizing are free on every order, and the digital mockup is free too.
Which backings are available on rush?
All of them: iron-on, sew-on, Velcro, and peel & stick. Our Miami case study used iron-on backing.
Where do you ship rush orders?
Anywhere in the United States with tracked shipping. We also ship to the UK, Germany and Australia.
What if only part of my order ships late?
The late pieces are free. For example, if 1,000 pieces were promised for Monday and we ship 800 on Monday and 200 on Tuesday, you don’t pay for those 200.
What if the whole order ships late?
You choose: a full refund of the order, or an adjustment on the order that we agree on together. For example, if 1,000 pieces were promised for Monday and all of them ship on Tuesday, the decision is yours.
What if UPS delays my package?
Once your order has shipped on the promised date, delivery is in UPS’s hands. Carrier delays, weather and customs holds are outside our control and don’t qualify for a refund. We’ll share your tracking and help you follow up with UPS.
Do you deliver to remote areas on rush?
Yes, but transit can take longer than the usual 4 business days for main cities. Send us your delivery address and we’ll check it and give you a realistic estimate before you pay.
