TeddyPatches Reviews

Communication was great

Communication was great, the patches came out perfect, and turn around time was crazy. The amount of patches they made and delivered in under 10 days is amazing.

Clean edges, crisp threads

Stitching was tight, colors matched my file, and the satin border looked clean. Felt proud sewing them on.

Nothing short of amazing

Nothing short of amazing. I got them sooner than told and then more than I requested. I would like to recommend them to EVERYONE! It’s already hard to find an affordable embroidery shop but to find one that goes above and beyond and is cheaper than the rest. A1 service!!!!

Merrow border looked premium

Merrow border, Velcro backs, and a 3 inch width worked perfectly for our jackets. Proofs were quick, delivery inside two weeks.

Iron on needed patience

Border lifted on a hot iron the first try, then set fine after more pressure and time. Lesson learned, still happy.

Sew on Patches Exceeded My Expectations – Excellent Quality and Service!

I shopped around with four different companies before choosing Teddy Patches, and I'm glad I did. Not only did they earn my business, but they exceeded my expectations. The quality of the sew-on patches is outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out. They were easy to work with throughout the design process, communication was great, and my order even arrived ahead of schedule. Great quality, great service, and a smooth experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Teddy Patches!

Rockers that actually pop

Ordered black-on-black rocker patches for jackets with satin borders. The proof team nudged contrast up just enough and nailed it. Stitching is tight, adhesive backing strong so far. Shipping hit earlier than the 10 day window. Very wearable.

Great service and communication

Great service and communication. Product is exactly as I wanted. Fast response and quick delivery of final product. Thanks for everything.

Found Teddy patches on Google

Found Teddy patches on Google, nice good quality patches customer service was friendly shipping was fast. Not really a big issue but the inner color doesn't quite match our regular patches but it's no big deal we might all eventually get new ones anyway. All in all it was a very good experience and I love the quality of the pastures and so did the president of our club. Will be returning customer thank you

Wonderful Service!

From strategy to execution, everything was handled professionally. “Human-sized” company that really takes time to listen. No pressure, very dynamic and friendly team, and real support during every step. You can tell they genuinely care about delivering good work and helping their clients grow.

Found teddys patch in a search online

Found teddys patch in a search online, placed original order back late January, the original package got lost in the mail (no fault of the company), after a bit of back and forth with UPS they reached out and made good on the order. After second shipment went out it arrived within 6 days and the patches were as good as could have been expected. Will definitely be ordering again.
Thank you!

Complex order? No problem for these guys!

I needed a complex order consisting of multiple different designs and a low quantity of each. This company was super communicative throughout the entire process, sending photos along the way, and even added an extra service to be kind. They made sure we got what we were looking for and then some.
So far, I've received absolutely wonderful customer service, and I'm looking forward to receiving the patches.
