50 Embroidered Club Sets for a Texas Motorcycle Club, Delivered in 10 Days

The order: 50 members, 50 matching sets
The club came to us for a full set of colors for 50 members. Each set has three pieces: a top rocker with the club name, a center patch with the club emblem, and a bottom rocker with the territory. That's 50 of each, 150 pieces in total, embroidered with sew-on backing. The top and bottom rockers were 12″ × 4″, and the center patch was a full-coverage design with 275,000 stitches in 12 thread colors.
Why a 3-piece set needs extra care
On a vest, the top and bottom rockers curve around the center patch, so their arc has to match the center's size. Thread colors also have to match across all three pieces, or the set won't look like one patch on the back of a vest. When 50 members ride together, every set has to look the same.
The center patch made this harder. At 275,000 stitches and 12 thread colors per patch, it carries a detailed scene, and all 50 had to come out with the same shading and color as the approved design.
Mockup first, then production
As with every order, the club approved a free digital mockup of the full set before production started. Production only begins after approval, so the rockers and center patch are checked together as one design.
Delivered 10 days after the order
All 150 pieces, 50 complete sets, reached the club 10 days after the order came in. That includes the mockup stage. It was a standard order with no rush fee.

What's the difference between a top rocker and a bottom rocker?
The top rocker is the curved patch above the center emblem, usually with the club name. The bottom rocker is the curved patch below it, usually with the club's territory or chapter.
