This tools hub is built for quick checks and clean organization. Preview PES and DST files, confirm size and stitch count, export PNGs, and use the Embroidery Library to tag and search your files. Everything runs in your browser and stays local.
Embroidery library manager for PES and DST files
This tool helps you organize your embroidery library right in your browser. Add PES and DST files, get clean thumbnail previews, then use tags and search so you can find designs fast when a client asks for “that one from last month.”
Use filters to narrow by format, tag, or stitch count. When you want to move your library to another computer, export it as a ZIP and import it later to restore everything in one shot, including tags and thumbnails.
What you can do inside the library
- Preview thumbnails: quickly spot the right design without opening heavy software
- Tag designs: organize by client, patch type, team, season, or order ID
- Search and filter: find by name, tag, format (PES/DST), and stitch range
- Import/export ZIP: back up your library or move it to another device
Privacy: Files are processed locally in your browser. We do not upload or store your embroidery files on a server.
Embroidery Library Manager FAQ
Is this embroidery library tool free?
Yes. You can use it for free in your browser without installing anything.
Do you upload or store my PES/DST files?
No. Your files stay on your device. The tool runs locally in your browser and does not send files to a server.
Where is my library saved?
Your library is saved in your browser storage on this device (so it loads again when you come back).
If you clear site data or use a private/incognito window, it may not persist.
How does ZIP import/export work?
Export creates a ZIP backup of your library (files + metadata like tags). Import reads that ZIP and rebuilds your library
so you can move everything to another computer or keep a backup.
What file types are supported?
This tool is built for PES and DST embroidery files. If you upload other formats, they may show as “unsupported.”
Why do DST previews look like one color?
DST is mainly stitch commands and usually doesn’t contain true thread brand colors. The preview is meant for layout and
production checks, not exact thread matching.
Does tagging rename or change my files?
No. Tags are saved as library data in your browser. Your original PES/DST files are not edited.
Can I use this on mobile?
Yes, but if you have a huge library, desktop is usually easier for browsing, tagging, and bulk actions.
I have thousands of designs. Will it slow down?
Large libraries can take time to load thumbnails. Use tags + search, and keep regular ZIP exports as backups.
